Protech has provided engineering design services to National Grid compressor stations throughout the UK, including site location assessments, re-wheel studies, concept designs for site upgrades, emission reduction studies, reverse flow assessments, health checks surveys and design and implementation of new, environment-friendly technologies.

In addition, Protech provided detail design support to its parent Land & Marine for the upgrade projects at Hatton, St Fergus and Kirriemuir compressor stations.
